  Excellent yoga and metafit instructor, perfect understanding of injuries and can work around them. Really enjoyed training with Sheryl. The studio is in a perfect location, easy to find, reasonably priced as well.

  Sher's Yoga studio is amazing very clean and fresh. Loved doing Yoga here would recommend her classes to anyone she is a very good instructor very patient and explains very clearly what you need to do :) was the first time i had done Yoga and I am going to continue to practice it!

  Attended a yoga class whilst on holiday, Sheryl is very knowledgeable in her practice and I felt amazing throughout and after the class. Mixed range of ages and ability so all were welcome and everything was explained clearly - would definitely recommend!
